Past Life Regression (PLR) Parties are a fun and exciting way to experience a past life. It is something that you and your guests will be talking about for years to come. In a PLR Party, you and your guests learn about yourself and each other. You may learn that you knew each other in a previous life, or several!
PLR Hypnosis taps into the subconscious (and if it’s in your world view, the SuperConscious) mind to access memories that go beyond this lifetime. In a private session we can spend a great deal of attention to that life, any traumas and lessons that need to be healed and processed before moving into the inter-life. The time spent in the inter-life offers you the opportunity to process from yet another perspective, a higher perspective, of not being attached to a body or an earthly identity but from the eternal identity that you have always been. This is a deeply healing experience that can only be done within a private session due to the amount of personal processing that takes place.
In the context of a party, we will explore positive experiences from past lives. Often people want to see if there has been a connection to important people in their lives currently.
PLR Parties are great events during:

How a PLR Party works
We start by getting comfortable and a brief discussion about how hypnosis works, what to expect and I’ll answer any questions that come up. I will also share more about reincarnation and other beliefs that hold space for past lives.
This is a very relaxing and fun experience. There will be time before and after to discuss and afterward to journal and share about your experiences if you wish to. It is a lot of fun to share what your experience is with the rest of the group.
Some typical questions that groups may want to seek answers to when attending a PLR party are:
- Who am I?
- Have I been here before?
- Why does a place, person, or situation seem so familiar?
- Have I had past lives with people currently in my life?
The best group sizes are between 5-8 people. When accommodating more than 8 people we want to make sure there is plenty of time for questions, discussion and shares at the end. Please inquire for larger groups to learn how add on. A typical PLR Party is about 2 hours in length. For parties of 8-12 or more you will want to consider 3+ hours to ensure your guests have the time they need to enjoy and get the most out of their experience
