I am honored to help success-minded individuals develop a roadmap to their personal success story.

I help to empower my clients to be able to quickly identify and remove deep-rooted beliefs that keep them stuck in a cycle of procrastination, playing life small, and self-sabotaging next level success.

I delight in deconstructing these disempowering belief systems to replace them with a set of beliefs that align to my client's goals and values.

Leading Subconscious Change Expert
& Mindset Coach

You are the most important healer you will ever meet. Trust your inner healer.

~Nina Saurer

I have over 10 years combined experience serving individuals in reaching their personal and professional goals, and have helped organizations build successful teams and leaders. The tools I use within my practice have been refined and synthesized over many years through my mentors to me and result in highly effective methods for powerful positive change. Each training is considered to be among some of the highest in industry standards.

I am a Certified Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist and Mindset Coach. I work with clients on a variety of issues from clinical, emotional, and spiritual. As a subconscious change expert, I specialize in helping my clients make the powerful lasting change from a subconscious level, empowering my clients to create the life they most desire.

As a client, you have your own unique lens with which you see the world. As such, your goals, inspiration, concerns, and path of healing will be distinctly yours also. It is my job to facilitate the space in which we can create that path together.

The clients I see are high-functioning individuals who are looking to level up in their personal and/or professional life. Many times my clients are experiencing a life transition and are interested in the “what’s next?” for themselves.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic approach developed by psychologist Richard Schwartz, PhD that allows for an incredibly visual and in-depth self-discovery process and healing journey.

The basic premise of parts work is that our conscious minds are made up of multiple sub-personalities or “parts”. IFS divides these parts into three types—Managers, Exiles, and Firefighters.

The goal of IFS is to help clients access Self so that they can heal wounded parts and bring their minds into balance. IFS is an evidence-based practice that I pair with hypnotherapy and coaching to assist clients in creating more Self-Leadership within their lives.

My training is ongoing through the techniques of Richard Schwartz, PhD, Pam Krause, MSW, LCSW, and Toni Herbine-Blank, MS, RN, C-SP.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (also referred to as NLP) is an approach that can be used to help individuals to make changes in perception through analyzing success strategies and applying them for personal development goals. NLP provides practical ways to change the way you think, view past events, and approach your current position in life. The techniques that I use in NLP with my clients are designed to empower my clients to take greater control over their own minds, create the type of transformation around that which not helpful into that what will best serve them in reaching their goal(s), and in turn create the change in their life they wish to experience.

My training is ongoing with The Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy and includes Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Due to COVID-19 further advanced NLP training has been rescheduled and will be resumed late 2020 or early 2021.

EMIT and EMDR both evolved from NLP techniques (neuro-linguistic programming).

Unlike other methods, EMIT is considerate of the client’s integrity and does not require regression. It is designed to avoid the concerns of false memory and/or the possibility of re-traumatizing the client.

Eye Movement Integration Therapy does not have to go to the direct memory of what happened yet is able to strip the emotional charge that creates the unwanted outcome.

I was trained through the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy through Master NLP Practitioner, Matthew Brownstein, and mentored with various expert practitioners.

Mindfulness is “the awareness that arises from paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgementally” as defined by Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD, professor, author and creator of the Stress Reduction Clinic and the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Healthcare and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.

My studies with mindfulness are through the teachings of Jon Kabat-Zinn, Deepak Chopra, and Buddhist disciplines.

Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or through focusing attention on a particular object, thought or activity – in order to train attention and awareness. This practice helps to clear your mind, balance emotions and feel more stable. There are many forms of meditation with various types of focus – those that focus on opening your heart, expanding your awareness, calming your mind, experiencing inner peace, and countless others. Meditation is an intentional practice.

I have studied various systems of meditation such as mindfulness meditation, movement meditation, mantra meditation, guided focus meditation, loving kindness meditation, and Yoga Nidra among others.

Currently studying Matthew Brownstein’s, Anahat Meditation System.

Breath work is a newer term referring to any type of breathing exercise or technique. Breathwork is often used to help a person to improve their mental, physical and spiritual well-being. Breathwork is a conscious and systematic effort to alter your breathing pattern to accomplish a specific result such as reduce stress, remove blocks, promote relaxation, support natural healing, improved focus, releasing negative thoughts, and so much more.

Current and previous workshops and/or courses on breathwork are through The Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy (Tampa, FL) and through Alchemy of Breath (UK.)

As a Teacher/Master Reiki Practitioner within the Usui Reiki tradition, I practice this form of alternative energy healing which originated in Japan. Reiki promotes emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. This form of energy healing has been used for centuries in various forms.

Reiki practitioners are found in hospitals, alternative medicine, and chiropractic clinics, as well as healing rooms and within practices such as my own.

There are but five guiding principles along with the practice of Reiki:

  • Just for today, do not anger
  • Just for today, do not worry
  • Just for today, be grateful
  • Just for today, do your work honestly
  • Just for today, be kind to every living thing

My training took place at the Namaste Life Center and with Half Moon Yoga in the tradition of Dr. Mikao Usui.

Yoga is a practice of consciousness in motion using the poses or “asanas” with deep breaths or “pranayama” in a series of flowing sequences of movement.

My training is in the tradition and lineage of T.K.V. Desikachar and Pattabhi Jois through my teacher, Michelle Young at My Vinyasa Practice.
