Frequently Asked Questions

During the Discovery Call, we will discuss your goal(s) and explore where you are and where you want to be. I am your partner in this journey and want to make sure we are building the map together! We discuss which route may be best for resolving your area of concern (coaching, hypnosis, meditation, etc.) and discuss what that process of working together might look like.

*The time that is set aside for you is free of charge to you so that you may learn more about what I do, discover how it may help you, learn what steps you can take, and realize if we are a good fit together for what you wish to accomplish. For this reason, all no shows and cancellations outside of the acceptable cancellation time frame and are subject to a cancellation fee as outlined below.

John Kotter, world-renowned expert on leadership and author of many books on change management and strategy execution said “Transformation is a process, not an event.” This is true for organizations as much as it is true for people such as you and I. Wanting to see true and lasting transformation in our lives is only part of the process though. It is through taking action and making a commitment to allow the transformation to occur that produces results. 

For this reason, I ask my clients to make a commitment to themselves and to the work we do together as part of a greater process and not a one time event. Please see more on Hypnotherapy and Coaching here.

 

If you are a current hypnotherapy or coaching client you are eligible for single sessions and/or a membership package where applicable. 

I do not offer single hypnotherapy or coaching sessions for new clients. 

If you have taken one of my classes, workshops or been to any one of my events already you may qualify for certain discounts on upcoming classes, events or workshops. However, the work we do together in hypnotherapy and/or coaching is different and would require that you are considered a “new client” in this way.  

Hypnosis – Due to the nature of hypnosis and the work that we do I offer a little more flexibility for how long each session might run. You should expect anywhere from 1.5-2 hours. I set aside 2 hours for each hypnotherapy session to make ensure we have ample time to accomplish what we need for each session.

Coaching – Coaching sessions are 1 hour in length.

The rates for group sessions, series or event varies.  For special events and speaking engagements off-site, please contact me directly for a quote.

Referring your friends, family and co-workers is a two-fold benefit for you. You receive a $20 credit for each referral who becomes a new client. The referred client will also receive $20 off their first session. Yet, it is also a blessing to see the people we care about break free, transform and go beyond the limitations that have held them back. It is a ripple effect… the positive work in us effects others. 

*Referral rewards applies to new clients only and must have named you as the referring person on the initial intake form. All credits are applicable towards sessions only and are not valid as cash value. You may build up your credit and use it in part or in full towards any and all services for yourself. In an effort to protect the right of privacy of all of my clients I will not disclose the referring individual but will let you know you have a credit available.

All services are paid for at the time of booking. You may use either Paypal or Stripe for secured credit/debit card options. 

Packages are non-refundable and are good for 6 months unless otherwise noted. If you have questions about any services, payment plans, or discounts feel free to reach out for more information at nina@ninasaurer.com. 

Clients are sent out automatic appointment reminder 24 hours before a scheduled session. This link allows you to cancel or reschedule if you are unable to make it. If a session is cancelled or rescheduled without a 24 hour notice you will forfeit the prepaid session. 

The same policy also applies to the Clarity Sessions that we schedule. I set aside time for you and only have so many openings. If you need to cancel or reschedule without a 24 hour notice you will be charged a $50 fee.  

I am not responsible for any insurance claims and all services should be considered as personal development in nature. 

However, many clients have success utilizing their HSA accounts or may opt to take advantage of an available reimbursement option as outlined by their insurance company.

Every client is entitled to their privacy and as a rule I do not release any information to anyone without a written authorization from you, the client. The only exceptions to this is that which is provided for by law. 

Sessions can take place onsite at my office or remotely via Zoom.
