I became certified in Transpersonal Hypnotherapy to obtain more training and experience to help my clients explore more spiritually based therapeutic services.

What to expect

As a client, you have your own unique lens with which you see the world. Therefore, your goals, inspiration, concerns and path of healing will be distinctly yours also. It is my job to facilitate the space in which we can create that path together.  

During our first session we identify and bring any additional clarity needed to your goal in order to have a defined destination point with which we want to reach on this journey. We want to understand the goal, what it looks like for you, how you will feel and know when you have reached this goal. Together, we discover the roadblocks you have run into up to this point, and begin a process that will help to start to condition your mind helping you to start building “new roads” to reach your destination. 

All sessions after the first session are about continuing to remove roadblocks and reinforce change. I have powerful tools and techniques at my disposal that prove effective in bringing about shifts to help you see dynamic changes within the area(s) you wish to work. 

Some clients find great shifts have taken place within the first session yet the deeper disruptive issues take more time to work through for the desired result. Many suggest somewhere between 2-4 sessions as a guide of what you may expect. The truth is that change happens instantaneously in the mind. Yet, the results you are looking for may take place over a number of days, weeks and even months depending on the desired goal. An example to better illustrate this may be a client who wants to release extra weight. After hypnosis, they may report feeling more energy, and noticing how easy it is to stick to their goals of healthy foods and portions. They see evidence of the important changes internally creating the desired change externally. However, this client knows to expect they will reach their specific weight goal(s) over a reasonable period of time. 

This is why I say change happens instantaneously in our minds yet continues to take shape in our lives over the days, weeks and months that follow. Hypnosis has proven to be a powerful tool for supporting this and many other types positive change in your life. Whatever the mind controls, hypnosis can help with!

How do packages work?

Typically, the industry standard is to offer clients the ability to buy sessions in packages rather than single sessions. While results will vary, it is commonplace for a client to see their desired result somewhere between 3-5 sessions. For this reason, packages offer you greater savings options and ultimately help to set you up for success.

Since I am a dedicated partner in reaching your goals I believe more options are always better. As such, I have adopted a more flexible package plan to support your ultimate victory. I now offer you the freedom to invest in packages of hours, rather than sessions.3

More about FlexHours

Simply put, sessions run anywhere from 1.5-2 hours on average. When you choose hours you get to “spend” these FlexHours in increments of 30 minutes, with a minimum session at 90 minutes. I will always allow for 2 hours to accommodate the appropriate time needed for every session. Yet, there are times our work together will be closer to 90 minutes and as such I will credit your account to use toward other sessions.  

In addition, I allow you to roll these FlexHours over into other packages or transfer them to family members. You can also share FlexHours within a Family Package. 

My goal in creating this FlexHour packaging is to allow you to “spend” your FlexHours the way you choose to best accomplish your goals.
