Workshops and classes are offered throughout the year. Be sure to join our newsletter to make sure you know what’s coming up soon!
I offer classes that are available as a drop-in and others that must be signed up for as a series. Meditation classes and special guest speakers are flexible and do not need to come every week… although you’ll want to! Other classes are held as part of a series and have limited availability. These classes require advanced signup and are designed to be attended consecutively.
Workshops are designed to be a more intensive dive in with activity around a particular subject. Workshops are packed full of powerful gems for you to work in and through your life and can be a one-day event or consecutive days.
These are group classes offered periodically. Due to COVID-19, I am offering these classes in smaller groups and have transitioned other classes and workshops to events online only. Energy In Motion Through Art
Energy In Motion Through Art offers a variety of project based classes designed to be fun and explorative. These classes offer space to allow our emotions (energy in motion) a place to live, transform, and reflect back to us what we most need to learn.
These are limited classes and must be signed up for in advance. Minimum of three participants must be met for class to be held.
I offer monthly workshops designed to support various aspects of your life. Some workshops are on-site while others are offered online. If you are not in the area, please make sure you are not signing up for an onsite workshop as these will not be streamed online.

Yoga Nidra Classes
Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the “going-to-sleep” stage, typically induced by a guided meditation.
When you practice Nidra you enter a state of sleep with awareness. It is practiced lying down to help your body enter this sleep state. Meditation is typically practiced sitting up which helps you remain more alert, more awake, more present.
While in Nidra, brain scans have shown experienced practitioners enter all state of brain waves associated with sleep – even Delta waves – whilst remaining awake. This is a deeply restorative state for both your body and mind.
